With two spacious suites, you’re all but guaranteed a great night’s rest no matter where you lay your head. Both rooms are similarly equipped with plush beds, light-blocking blinds, flat-screen Smart TVs, and make-up lamps and towels so you can easily get ready for a night on the town. We also have a really comfortable air mattress for that extra guest.
The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a sumptuous Casper mattress and pillows, dimmable bedside lamps, and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The second bedroom sits directly across the landing and features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower each day. There is also a half bath conveniently located off the kitchen area. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your convenience.

The full kitchen is a chef’s dream. You can enjoy modern stainless steel appliances (including a built-in air fryer in the oven), all the basic cookware and dishes you’ll need, and fun modern appliances like a rice cooker and blender. The entire home has central air conditioning and heating. For cooler temperatures at night, use the cooling tower fan. Free parking is available in the garage for up to two vehicles.
Working remotely? There's an office with a sit-to-stand desk and a large curved screen monitor for maximum productivity on the top floor. We also provide dedicated 300MB WiFi.

Parking: Please only park in the garage at all times, and use street parking if you have multiple cars. Please do not use the gravel area in front of the garage for parking as it restricts the neighbors' movement.

Pets are generally not allowed except for service pets. Please reach out with your special situation and we may be able to accommodate
Noise levels will be monitored. Please keep things quiet as we have neighbors that we love very much.
No events allowed in the unit please.
Please be respectful of the house and treat it like your own. Be gentle with linens, towels and other items.
Please be considerate with the firepit and outdoor heater. Do not leave it running while not in use.
Entry will always be via the garage. Please do not use the front door as it is a separate unit where the manager lives.
Before check-in, we will require a and ID, and a fully refundable security deposit to help align our interests with our guests' while maintaining the quality of our home.
Guests have full access to everything that is accessible from the garage entry of the house. The entire main house is private
