Please note a deposit will be required and the following House Rules are in effect:
- Please do not park in the alley or in the gravel courtyard area. Do not park in front of the garage.
Only street parking is available either on Old Wheat St NE, or on Hogue St NE
- No smoking inside the house.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum, observe quiet time from 9pm to 7am.
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- No shoes are to be worn inside the studio. Please leave shoes inside next to the front door.
- Please notify us and show your license if you plan to bring a firearm into the studio
- Please treat every item in the studio as if it were your own. Stained or damaged/missing sheets will incur a fee which will be deducted from your security deposit.
