To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
- No smoking is allowed inside the house.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the premises except for service pets.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- No Shoes allowed in the house. Please leave shoes inside behind the front door.
- Please respect our neighbors' privacy and tranquility.
- Report any damages or issues immediately.
- Discharging of firearms or fireworks on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- To maintain the quality of our home, a fully refundable security deposit is required.
WATER CONSERVATION: We do use a well as a necessary part of mountain existence, so please advise your crew to be very mindful to conserve water throughout your stay.
- We will provide plenty of drinking water, disposable dishes. Using these will minimize dishwasher runs and maximize water conservation, but they are optional.
- Only take short showers please, and do not leave water running in the sink
- This is necessary to ensure that your crew's use of water doesn't outrun the well's pumping rate. Thank you so much for understanding.
Before check-in, note that we will also require an id to verify each guest
Guests have full access to the entire house except the owners closet.
We are just a text message away throughout your stay. We usually respond within minutes.
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several days prior to check-in we will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. we have also included several suggestions for the best things to do around BlackHawk/Denver area, our favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed ring cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front garage and front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our outdoor cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of up to $350.
One other thing: There are often wild animals that roam the area. If lucky, you might be visited by one of them during your stay. Please remain alert and don't panic if this happens. Keep an eye on little ones and pets at all times, and do not leave food outside.
